How a certified-trade brief actually runs

The trade decides part of the workflow. Most of it is the same. Whether it is a CSCS supervisor in London or a Gas-Safe engineer in Glasgow, the steps stay steady.

1. Trade-aware brief

We come into the call ready. We know the difference between a CSCS green and a CSCS gold, between a CPCS Blue Skilled card and a CPCS Trained Operator. We do not waste your call asking the basics.

2. Card & certificate verification

Every shortlist candidate has had their card / cert checked against the issuing body's register where one exists, or a copy of the certificate held on file where it does not.

3. Vetted, verified shortlist

Three to six candidates per brief, properly vetted, with verified credentials and our written notes. Right-to-work and references all confirmed before introduction.

4. Offer and start-date support

We coordinate the offer, manage notice periods, line up start dates, and check in on day 7, 30 and 90.
